Yesterday was the premiere of the much anticipated Lion King live-action film. If you haven’t already, you can read our review. The red carpet was graced with some of the biggest stars, from musical stars AKA and Moonchild Sannely to film legends like John Kani.
The theme for the night was Winter African Chic, aptly so because the premiere was outdoors and so you needed to dress warmly. The fashion game was on point with the likes of Maps Maponyane and K Naomi serving up heat.
Moonchild and Busiswa, who both featured in the soundtrack of Lion King, brought high energy to the red carpet with a twerk show.
