WWE Monday Night RAW took place from the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois. Here’s all the action that went down last night as Wrestlemania drew ever closer.
Seth Rollins attacked Drew McIntyre and confronted Universal Champion Brock Lesnar
Brock Lesnar may be facing Seth Rollins at Wrestlemania, but Drew McIntyre believes that the Kingslayer may be an overrated challenger for the beast’s WWE Universal Champion title. Not wasting any time in setting the record straight, Rollins decided to answer McIntyre’s bold claims with several chair shots to the back of the Scottish Psychopath.
As for Lesnar? His advocate Paul Heyman may have delivered his usual sermon of doom, but the former UFC legend wasn’t ready to throw down with Rollins…yet.
Finn Bálor and Braun Strowman def. Intercontinental Champion Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush
Elias def. No Way Jose and announced he would be the headlining musical act for WrestleMania
Kurt Angle def. Chad Gable and revealed the identity of his final opponent
The farewell tour continues! Before making short work of Chad Gable, Kurt Angle revealed just who he’d be facing at Wrestlemania in his swansong match: Baron Corbin. The Lone Wolf had been a massive thorn in his side for far too long, and if Angle was going down he was ready to take Corbin with him.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Sasha Banks def. Natalya via Disqualification and Beth Phoenix offered to come out of retirement for WrestleMania
Ricochet def. Jinder Mahal
Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey def. Dana Brooke
Apollo Crews def. Baron Corbin
Batista told his side of his rivalry with Triple H
Cool, calm and collected, Batista decided to tell his side of the story over his upcoming Wrestlemania match with Triple H, detailing how when he needed his former Evolution partner the most, he bailed on him. There’s still a lot of bad blood between the two legends, with Batista promising that at Wrestlemania, the King of Kings will bow to the animal.
Drew McIntyre def. Seth Rollins and challenged Roman Reigns to a “fight” at WrestleMania
Well, looks like Drew McIntyre is on his way towards earning a hat trick of wins against The Shield. Seth Rollins may have come out fighting and looked set to be triumphant, but he fell for the oldest trick in the book: Brock Lesnar’s entrance music, which flared up just before he could deliver a stomp. Taking advantage, McIntyre delivered a crushing Claymore to the Kingslayer, getting some sweet payback for the events that happened earlier in the night.
Next on McIntyre’s list? The recently returned Roman Reigns.

I hear that. Hope you guys don’t mind, but I’m not even doing write-ups on the individual matches because they’re all becoming a tad too predictable in their finishes. Will write up the other segments though.

All good. I hope they get their act together soon though. I hardly even find watching the clips interesting anymore. Even the Heyman one was bad today until the chair shots!
