And the Superbru Cricket World Cup Winners are…

I confess – I was a terrible supporter this past Cricket World Cup. I needed my sleep dammit, and there was no ways I was going to get up that early to watch some okes klap the ball for sixes, boet! Some of you are true patriots though, supporting regardless of time. Did you happen to enter our Superbru pool too? Were your cricket prediction skills up to scratch? If so, you may have won some sweet prizes!

Unfortunately, our own South African national side didnt manage to win. We’re all sad pandas now, at least, all of us except the three people who have won the following loot:

1st place: 1 x Ryan McLaren Protea signed shirt and a copy of Don Bradman Cricket game
2nd place: 1 x Knight shirt – signed by the whole team and a copy of Don Bradman Cricket game
3rd place: 1 x Knight shirt, unsigned and a copy of Don Bradman Cricket game

And those winners are…

1st place: KwaggaDan – Daniel Keevy (with 73.58 points)
2nd place: nabeel – Nabeel Sakier (with 68.75 points)
3rd place: FaF – Francois Harding (with 68.75 points)

It looks like we have a tie. This is the ruling from Superbru itself:

Total Distance from Margin (TDM) reflects the difference between your pick and the actual score margin. It is used for tie-breaking players who have scored the same number of points.

For this reason, Nabeel places ahead of Francois. Does it really matter though? You all win cool stuff!

If your name strongly resembles one of the above, please send an email to Zoe@lazygamer.net with all your relevant contact details (address, contact number, etc) for stalking purposes and so that we can send you your prize. Thanks again to Megarom Interactive for providing them!

My method of choosing all the games in one sitting did not pay off. But at least I did better than I’m currently doing with the super rugby!
