Assassin’s Creed III will be getting a US release tomorrow, while we’ll be getting it just a day later. Stock is already in stores and there should be no delays with the title at all. those of you eagerly chomping at the bit might be happy to know that the game’s received its first reviews – and they’re looking might promising indeed.
Italy’s “Official Xbox Magazine” has hailed it as one of the generation’s very best games. It’s worth noting that “official” magazines aren’t generally the most trustworthy, but here’s what the said about it anyway:
“An absolute masterpiece to which the experience remains indispensable for any fan of video games and beyond, with a depth of gameplay and longevity unparalleled in the action scene, a game that will remain in the annals for a long time.”
They’ve praised the game’s visuals, it’s new combat mechanics and the environments, awarding it a perfect score.
Spanish site Meristation has also weighed in, giving the game 8.5.According to Meristation;
I have no idea what that means, but I think they think it’s muy bueno. Expect a barrage of reviews tomorrow at 6pm when the embargo lifts.
