Assassin’s Creed 3 will be 30 hours long

A games play through time is one of the most hotly anticipated and then debated features of any title, whether we are complaining about how 6 hours for a Call of Duty single player game is far too small or that over 100 hours for Skyrim is just too much to enjoy there always appears to be two sides to any discussion on time.

So when I stumbled upon an article today stating that Assassin’s Creed 3 is going to take around about 30 hours to play through in single player mode I had to see what the community thought.

According to a developer interview the 30 hours is gameplay time and over and above that there is also 2 1/2 hours of cut scenes in the game.

I know I’m going to struggle to get 32 hours of time to play Assassin’s Creed 3 when it’s released but it is one of those games you can keep coming back to so for me it’s a nice solid campaign.
