Community play nights return

Playing with erwin

I know, I know, we haven’t had a community play night in a while. But I haven’t forgotten about you lot – it’s just that people keep getting upset when the whole lazygamer crew doesn’t join in the gaming fun. So, we’re changing things up, and hopefully getting the community to play more together.

First things first, community play nights. We have them in our glorious calendar, but I think there’s some confusion about what this means. We would love to play games with you sometimes, but not all people are free all the times. Friday nights were suggested by the community, but we can move them if Sunday afternoons or Tuesday nights are better for you lot. That said, the focus of a community play night is the community. Yes, we will try to join in when and where possible, and you are welcome to add us on Steam and whatnot (all our details are here). However, the crux is for you all to play together, share glorious moments like when Erwin licked me to death (don’t worry, I got him back) or when someone goes full n00b at Dota. So, join in the fun on Friday! But first, we need to select a game. As such, here are a bunch of games with 2 for together in their titles:

Next up, we have the community drink idea. I don’t know when or where you people are keen to do it. I know it’s winter, which is a perfect excuse to hibernate and play games. So, if you want we can delay our next community shindig until the weather warms up and you’ve all finished playing Watch Dogs and Wolfenstein. Alternatively, we could pick a nice winter-friendly location for people to eat, drink and be merry. Of course, this could only take place after we return from E3. So, speak up people and tell us what you want – more in-person get togethers or are you all happy to wait until rAge for our next shindig?
