Dead Island trailer gets Minecrafterised

Alright it’s official: Minecraft is like the digital LEGO. Just like wildly successful pop culture gets the LEGO treatment (LEGO Star Wars; LEGO Indiana Jones; LEGO Call of Duty) so too does anything remotely popular on the internet get the Minecraft treatment.

Last week’s Dead Island trailer caused a stir across the online globe and became one of the top trending topics on Twitter in a matter of hours. But in Minecraft, nothing is sacred, and that amazing trailer has been recreated in deliciously pixelated blocky goodness. There are zombies, axes and bloodied little girls getting flung out of top story windows.
