Hey, who wants some DLC for a game before it’s even out? And who thinks that this is a great idea? Well, if you happen to be a game publisher whose name rhymes with kaching-com, then we might be in business. The upcoming Devil May Cry reboot has it’s fair share of pre-order bonuses, and if you don’t plan on taking part in the early adoption, well then screw you and hand over some cash for this content!

Capcom has announced that Dante’s brother Vergil will be available as a pre-order incentive, called “Vergil’s Downfall”. It’s going to be free if you get in on the action early for the game, but if you decide to buy the game later in the year and get an urge to swop the Rebellion Broadsword for the Yamato katana, it’ll cost ya 720 MS points or $8.99 for the content next year.

Remember when characters like this were unlockable within the game itself? DmC is out next year January on consoles, with a PC release following later.
