Remember the Gears of War 3 leak we told you about not long ago, where a non-final development version of the game was leaked via torrents? Microsoft and Epic didn’t take news of the leak too lightly. Even though it would be playable only by those with debug 360’s and exceedingly rare JTAG modified consoles, law enforcement officials have been brought in to investigate the leak and find its source. According to Codify.com, they just host a It looks, for all intents and purposes, like Microsoft leaked their own game through amazing incompetence.

Why, it almost seems like it was leaked on…purpose! Tinfoil hat, anyone?

Editor. I'm old, grumpy and more than just a little cynical. One day, I found myself in possession of a NES, and a copy of Super Mario Bros 3.
