Hasbro Family Games

In a move that is being compared to PlayStation Home, EA Games and Hasbro have announced that they are teaming up to create a Family Game Night channel on Xbox Live Arcade.

The branded channel will be hosting a bunch of Hasbro games like Boggle, Battleship, Yahtzee, Connect Four, Sorry! and Sorry!Sliders.

Personally I don’t see the comparison to PLayStation Home here as all this appears to be is a filtered list of Hasbro games under it’s own icon in the Arcade while Home is a virtual world with branded mini worlds.

But I needed more family games and I couldn’t be bothered scrolling through all the options, so this gets the lazygamer stamp of approval.
