With these two behemoths being released in the coming weeks we’ve decided to test out our first ever Faceoff vote with them.

Battlefield 4

Battlefield is famous for its enormous maps, 64 player multiplayer and dynamic damage, it’s released every 2 years on average with the time in between spent on DLC releases.

Battlefiled has always been more tactical with good in-game squads and communication necessary for  victory. Battlefield 4 is being releases on the 29th of October and is coming to PC, PlayStation 3 and 4 and Xbox 360 and the Xbox One. (next gen versions coming later, of course)

Call of Duty: Ghosts

Call of Duty is the Activision juggernaut that is released annually, the development is shared across two studios with this years version coming from Infinity Ward. Seeing as they use two studios each version is also in development for 2 years with DLC packs being released for the year after it hits retail.

Call of Duty is known for it’s fast paced, tight gun battles where having the fastest finger is a huge help. It also includes kill streaks which can be used to push home your superiority.

Ghosts, as with all other COD’s, will also have a 6-8 hour single player campaign that is usually a solid and entertaining experience.

Call of Duty: Ghosts will be released on the 13th of November and will be hitting PC, PlayStation 3 and 4, as well as the two Xbox platforms.
