Honestly, I can take or leave Grand Theft Auto V. It’s got some fun moments and some enjoyable (if somewhat heavy-handed) character writing but overall I find it to be a fairly run-of-the-mill open-world sandbox game with some staggering production values. Yet the thing I enjoy most about GTA V is undoubtedly the radio stations Rockstar loving records and curates; they’re not a crucial pillar to establishing the world of Los Santos, but the effort placed into getting actual Kenny Loggins to DJ a station dedicated to classic rock is just inspired. With the range of stations and music available to the player, it’s a wonder why people even feel the need to plug their own music into the game: There’s something for everyone and everything fits the tone of the game wonderfully, something Rockstar is looking at expanding with the addition of iFruit Radio.

In no way inspired by Apple Music, iFruit Radio will be the newest radio station to caress your ear drums as you do all your illegal activities. Hosted by rapper Danny Brown, the station will feature 27 new tracks, including artists such as Travis Scott, Shoreline Mafia and Yung Thug to name but a handful. The full tracklist is far more comprehensive:

  • Megan Thee Stallion ft DaBaby – Cash Shit
  • Freddie Gibbs & Madlib – Crime Pays
  • Skepta ft Nafe Smalls – Greaze Mode
  • Pop Smoke – 100K on the Coupe
  • slowthai – I Need
  • Danny Brown – Dance In The Water
  • The Egyptian Lover – Everything She Wants
  • Burna Boy ft Zlatan – Killin Dem
  • Skepta & AJ Tracey – Kiss and Tell
  • D-Block Europe – Kitchen Kings
  • JME ft Giggs – Knock Your Block Off
  • Travis Scott – HIGHEST IN THE ROOM
  • Yung Thug ft Gunna and Travis Scott – Hot (Remix)
  • DaBaby ft Kevin Gates – POP STAR
  • Kranium feat AJ Tracey – Money In The Bank
  • J Hus – Must Be
  • Baauer and Channel Tres feat. Danny Brown – Ready to Go
  • D Double E & Watch the Ride ft DJ Die, Dismantle and DJ Randall – Original Format
  • Shoreline Mafia – Wings
  • Alkaline – With the Thing
  • Headie One ft Skepta – Back to Basics (Floating Points Remix)
  • City Girls – Act Up

What GTA needs is more of the commercials that’s in San Andreas. Honestly I listen to the radio not for the songs, but the commercials XD

I used to go to the menu and just listen to LCFR radio station on Liberty City Stories on my PSP.
Some of those shows were hilarious!

Damn, I was hoping it would be CapeTalk. Get my murder on while listening to the soothing voice of John Maytham.

Ok yeah…no way we’ll see GTA 6 anytime soon or the near future if they still adding stuff to the multiplayer part.
