What kind of music do you like to listen to when you train? I find that slipping into some tunes with a good beat is the perfect way to push your body. That’s why my playlist includes Tenacious D, Foo Fighters, Barbara Streisand, Mariah Carey and Blink 182. Stop judging me, you can work up a hell of a sweat listening to The Way We Were.
