Is this the greatest Gears of War tribute ever?

Release a highly anticipated game, rake in the cash, then bask in all the accolades and fan tributes. That’s a pretty standard reaction to any successful big budget game nowadays, and you’ll find yourself swarming with Deviantart sketches and cardboard cosplay.

It’s all in good fun though, but then you get some people who manage to really pull out all the stops in their tribute. Artist Griffin Ramsey has all the necessary requirements for this specific homage, such as bearing a resemblance to Anya Stroud and knowing how to use a chainsaw, as well as looking like one of the local stranded natives of Sera, but its her Omen carving that really takes the cake.

I wonder if that piece of wood saw the Omen of death symbol before she finished it off with the chainsaw?
