Microsoft dropping the price of the 360 in Japan?

The rumours are in and apprently we can expect to see a Xbox 360 price cut in Japan in the coming week as well.

We are still expecting the US prices to be slashed and the Arcade to reach the magical $199 figure this week over there, well the Japanese price cut is beating that and dropping the price of the Arcade model down to $182.

Though I highly doubt it’s the price of the console that is making all the difference over in the land of the rising sun.

    – true, it’s the Japanese babes at the promotion stalls that make all the difference 😉

Isn’t the PS3 also struggling in Japan? It’s beating the Xbox360 but it’s far from doing good imo.
