The Kinect was released to the world last year November and has gone on to dominate charts and decimate sales records for its first few months.
However recently there hasn’t been a solid Kinect game of any recognition released and the already loud cries of gimmick have been getting louder and more juvenile.
But according to Microsoft that’s all about to change as they announce 10 new Kinect IP’s at E3 in June along with a slew of sequels including Kinect Sports 2 and Dance Central 2.
Some of the new Kinect IP’s are rumoured to be a new title in the Forza world called Forza World (not Forza 4), Kingdoms from Crytek which is going to be a first person melee game and Star Wars.
Nothing much is known about any of these titles really but hopefully all will be revealed at E3 and hopefully the Star Wars title won’t be as terrible as I expect it to be. The last time we saw it the game was an on rails snooze fest to all but the hardest core Star Wars fans.
