So the first 40GB units are on the shelves and being picked up, I cannot wait to see how many actually get sold. I think they are really going to fly off the shelves.
Anyway a forum member over at the PS3 forums has posted some pictures of the new 40GB model as well as it’s box. I am very happy to see that they make the lack of backwards compatibility obvious on the box as well.
The PS3 itself looks like the rest of the PS3’s really except for less USB ports, no card reader and fewer ventilation holes. All the pictures are through the link.
