Prince of Persia goes Gold

I always like receiving these press releases as it means the game is virtually assured of not being delayed.

Prince of Persia is expected to land on our retail shelves on the 5th of December (12th for PC) and by all expectations it is going to be making a late run for the Game of the Year title or at least being a real contender for game of the series.

If I wasn’t eternally cursed with picking the wrong games I would be more excited about this game, but I know better than that.

FOURWAYS, SOUTH AFRICA – 24th November 2008- Megarom Interactive (Pty) Ltd., one of South Africa’s leading interactive video game importers and distributors, today announced that Ubisoft announced that Prince of Persia has gone gold for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, the PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system, and PC. The game will ship December 5, 2008 on consoles and December 12, 2008 on PC.
