Great zombie game: Left 4 Dead 2. Terrible zombie game that I wish would die in a fire: Resident Evil 6. I hated that damn game with a passion last year, and a recent attempt to replay it with the new patches just reinforced my hate for the Capcom disasterpiece. And now, it looks like they’re going to be infecting Left 4 Dead 2 as well. But don’t expect a Tekken X Street Fighter crossover here.

Arriving on April 5 exclusively for PC owners of Resident Evil 6 and the “No Mercy” mode, comes DLC that will allow gamers to play as one of the infamous L4D2 characters Coach, Ellis, Nick or Rochelle.

Now credit where credit is due, this is free DLC. Just for a game that I absolutely f$%#@g hate. As for LFD2 players, they’ll get a slice of the Resident Evil infection later in the year, when Valve releases the Lepotitsa, Napad and Ogroman enemy types into that game.

As for Resident Evil heroes making their way into the game? Valve is looking to get the players to do that bit of hard work, as they’ll be using submissions of character models built with the LFD2 author tools for that DLC extension.

Meh, I reckon.

Something wrong gentlemen? You come here prepared to read the words of a madman, and instead found a lunatic obsessed with comics, Batman and Raul Julia's M Bison performance in the 1994 Street Fighter movie? Fine! Keep your bio! In fact, now might be a good time to pray to it!
