Can you believe it, someone has actually gotten their hands on this winters biggest blockbuster 19 days early.
What this unfortunately means is that we could be suprised by some spoilers in the more dodgy corners of the Internet.
There are some positives that come out of this though, we can now be assured that the 360 version is not going to be delayed and is ready to go….
Also he may have GTA but I have a pro console with no facial hair problems…

This makes me angry… this is why we pay so much for games. B@sterds like this that doesn’t pay for games….it is piracy people! Why? Well he didn’t pay for his copy? How could he if it’s not even in stores yet. This guy should be found and his 360 banned!
Piracy is acrime kiddies, it hurts us, the developers, the publishers and the console makers

He may have got it legitimatly from a variety of stores so I’m not going to brand him a pirate just yet. But yeah this sucks. How is this going to affect the ‘first 10 people to finish’ competition?
I’m sure there are going to be a good number of stores dropping the game early.

I don’t think this is the store selling early (or a staff member taking it from stock before they pack on the shelves) as i don’t think the game has shipped yet.
So it’s either an inside leak, or it’s a reviewer copy. If it’s the latter, who cares ? This happens all the time. That’s how we get day 1 reviews.

As far as I know “review copies ” look different….can any one from LG or mega rom show pic of a review copy? does it look different?

My review copy of Tony Hawk had the same design on the disk but it wasn’t in colour and it had a band across it saying “Reviewer Copy – Not for resale”.

It’s not pirate, my guess is this guys works at the distribution or printing company and stole the disc. Or they’re shipping out early and it’s a store clerk.
Keep your eyes open for “dof” local resellers folks!

As mentioned the review discs are promotional copies and have no colour on the disc… just black writing on a white background. It makes it very difficult to find the games in a CD holder I can tell you that.
However having said that a lot of distributors just give out retail copies to review which are obviously normal.
However this guy doesn’t have a review copy of GTA IV… it ain’t that easy
