We’re all aware of the Humble Bundle deal. You get a bunch of great games, pay what you want and various developers/charities get a slice of the pie that you dole out. The latest one however, is indeed quite generous and cheaper than the building materials used in an RDP house.
For whatever you feel like paying ($1 minimum for Steam), you’ll get the following games:
- The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing Complete Pack
- Galactic Civilizations 2: Ultimate Edition
Pay more than the current average price of $6 and a trio of pennies, and you’ll also nab the cult hit digger Terraria, detailed strategy game Crusader Kings and the rather superb The King of Fighters XIII Steam Edition. BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE! Cough up an entire $15, and you’ll also get the Age Of Empires Legacy bundle. That’s Age of Empires II HD, Age of Empires III: Complete Collection and the Age of Empires II HD: The Forgotten DLC. That a whole lot of trebuchets and Woad Raiders.
And hell, that doesn’t even include the other mystery games that are on the way. And I’ve bought that bundle solely for the Age Of Empires content, which is in no way whatsoever helping with my backlog. And buying the bundle will give you that warm and fuzzy feeling inside sans a cosy prison cell, as the cash gets divvied up between charities and developers.
Hell, you don’t even need to waste an entire bucket of water in pursuit of that emotional satisfaction, am I right?
