Vodafone chosen as the PS Vita partner in Europe

PSVita

Sony has announced that it has chosen Vodafone to be it’s preferred partner in the UK, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, The Netherlands and us… no that last part is a lie.

Even though we fall under the exact same region as all the rest there and we also have a Vodafone company in South Africa we haven’t yet been told if and who our preferred partner for the PS Vita will be.

I’m going to take a flying leap here though and guess that when Sony finally realises there is a country on the bottom of Africa that is large enough to care about they’ll announce that they’ve also signed up Vodafone here as their preferred partner.

Yes I’m bitter about how we are treated sometimes.

In other news, the countries mentioned above will be getting a download code for Wipeout 2048 when they buy their PS Vita from Vodafone or selected outlets and it will come with a Vodafone 3G card.

The current UK pricing is 279 pounds and 299 Euros in the rest of Europe.
