Yes it is with great pleasure and no small amount of effort on the behalf of our resident Minecraft expert, Gareth Bockel, that we can now release onto the world the first, but not last, Lazygamer gaming server.
Due to my kids’ unnatural addiction to the game in question our first foray into gaming servers is in the form of a Minecraft server. The initial lobby has been set up by my two kids with some strange ideas implemented and Gareth has kindly created a massive floating Lazygamer.net logo to really push that brand marketing idea to its full potential.
The image in the bottom right corner above is apparently a glass maze that is navigable.. maybe.
Check out some screenshots of what has been created and then load up your copy of Minecraft and come say hi. Our server address is minecraft.lazygamer.net:25655.
But please guys remember we’re a nice community so if we can keep sexually explicit and hateful content off this server as there are minors involved it would be much appreciated. Also the server is set to creative [No it’s not you bloody fool it’s set to survival on peaceful at the moment but is subject to change] so you can build to your heart’s content. However it also means you can break other people’s creations and we implore you to not do that. You may find it funny but the original creator would likely not.
Oh and if you have any questions regarding versions, textures and the like please don’t aim them my way I have no idea. Ask Gareth and I’m sure he’ll be able to help you out.

If things get out of hand I’ll lock it down and we’ll give access to the community only.

No mods required, they run from the server. Version 1.7.2 and 1.7.4 work fine (through testing)
Must have a registered MineCraft/Mojang account too.
