I love video game weapons, I’m an absolute sucker for anything that is a faithful reproduction of what I have wielded on screen. If you ever see me at a convention, I’m the guy who is skipping out of it with a big grin on my face and a sharp-edged item in a fancy box.

One of those very games that I’ve always wanted to collect from however, is Assassin’s Creed, and while the official wrist-blade leaves much to be desired, there are plenty of handmade, custom hidden blades that Ezio and Altair have always preferred.

With Assassin’s Creed having just been announced this week, you can rest assured that a certain Tomahawk that is used by the new protoganist, is going to be popping up on my wish list soon.

And one dedicated fan has already made one, in mere days.

Destructoid recently found out that Deviantart user Fevereon made the mighty Tomahawk shortly after the trailer debuted, and it features everything from "wood, MDF, leather, feathers [and] glass beads", as well as that iconic axe-head.

And it’s scarily impressive and realistic.
