You’ll need to wait for your GTA Online hush cash

1 min read

There’s nothing in life that can’t be solved by throwing more money at it. And that’s why Waterworld won the Oscar for Bestest Movie Ever Shut Up You Guys. GTA Online has had a troubled start so far, and while Rockstar is working on a solution, it’s offering some money to tide the masses over with, in the form of a virtual stimulus package. But you’ll need to wait for that cash to appear.

Right now, players are still waiting for that $500 000 cash injection to appear in their online game. But according to Rockstar, you won’t get your hands on that blood money until "progress loss issues are sufficiently sorted before [distribution]."

We have a few more tweaks and fixes to make in a new title update that will hit sometime next week and then we will distribute the cash.

Just as well I reckon. Because with the current in-game economy screwed and bugs still being reported as soon as they’re fixed, you’d most likely lose your cash in a game crash the second you get it anyway.

Something wrong gentlemen? You come here prepared to read the words of a madman, and instead found a lunatic obsessed with comics, Batman and Raul Julia’s M Bison performance in the 1994 Street Fighter movie? Fine! Keep your bio! In fact, now might be a good time to pray to it!

Perhaps they should’ve waited until they were certain it would happen before announcing they were gonna give everyone money? Coz now all they’re doing is making everyone go “Where da money?!”

In other news, I’m loving GTA Online at the moment! The Crew and I were part of one helluva gang war with other players on Saturday! Grief, it was a ton of fun! 🙂

It’s new like this that makes me glad the console players are helping debug the GTAV Online Beta before it’s released on PC.
