By now, everyone’s familiar with Cyberpunk 2077’s less than ideal launch. Announced in 2012 and given the fancy cinematic trailer reveal a year later, Cyberpunk 2077 doesn’t exactly look or feel like a game that spent eight years in development. According to a new report by Bloomberg, that’s because development didn’t kick off properly until 2016.

With all the controversy around crunch time in the video game industry in recent years, CDPR was initially adamant that they wouldn’t require developers to work unrealistic hours.

With footage of the game leaking back in 2018, new rumours have begun to circulate regarding a potential release window for the as yet unofficially announced game.

The insanely popular app has reportedly opened up a gaming division with over 1000 employees currently developing the company’s first game.

The iPhone 7 marked a departure from that clicky home button, replacing it with a non-moving button that simulated the tactile sensation with some nifty vibrations. The iPhone X took things a step further by chucking in Face ID, thus allowing those devices to sport thinner bevels and more screen real estate. It’s a move which Apple’s iPads are likely to soon emulate, according to reports.

Foldable screens are the sort of future tech we’d been promised by films set in the near and not-so-near future. Samsung could be making them a reality next year.
