EA and Bioware’s grand sandbox that would have mixed Iron Man gameplay with a vast cosmic saga fell flat on its face on arrival, with the following months painting an even grimmer picture for the beleaguered title. Bioware wants to change all that, with a move towards seasonal content updates.

New challenges are now up, but the only thing that’s actually noteworthy right now is how they’ll make a homeopath shriek in terror as the majority of them involve killing crystallised enemies, collecting their quartz remains and completing other crystal-themed events.
After weeks of getting the silent treatment, Bioware has finally started revealing more of what players can expect from the massive Cataclysm activities should they return to the game world of Anthem. And honestly? Cataclysms sound kind of rad.
All of that big content that BioWare promised would launch in April for Anthem? Yeah, that ain't coming this month or anytime soon.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Anthem looks like a great 20-hour game, but it has an uphill battle on its hands if it wants to convince me to spend more time than that within its world.
