Despite the additional lead time due to delays, the marketing on Wonder Woman 1984 has been a bit sparse. Especially, when it came to revealing what Kristen Wiig looks like in-costume as Cheetah. But now we finally have a proper look at the supervillain and it's purr-fect!

The Justice League’s greatest supervillain team has been missing in action for several years now, thanks in part to the Legion’s de facto leader Lex Luthor actually emerging as a force for good in the world. Later this year though, Lex is ditching the S on his power armour and going back to his villainous roots as he reassembles the Legion of Doom to fight back against the massive cosmic changes that have begun to pour forth from the breach of the Source Wall that occurred in Dark Nights Metal.

When Wonder Woman was released last year, many thought that the Amazon Princess had finally saved the floundering DC Comics Extended Universe. And then Justtice League went and pooped the bed. So I guess it's up Gal Gadot's lasso-wielding Diana to do it all over again in the upcoming sequel. A sequel which we finally have a villain for as Deadline is reporting that SNL alum Kristen Wiig has entered into advanced talks to play classic villain Cheetah.

Stand back fellas, because here come the ladies of Injustice 2 and they're more than ready to kick all manner of super-powered ass.
