Quantum Break has a huge focus on narrative. Remedy really want to bring the story to life, and have gone so far as to include a live action series that will run in conjunction with the game itself.

If you’re reading the headline and scratching your head in confusion, don’t worry, I’m at the Gamescom expo itself, and even I don’t understand how yesterday was day 1. Alessandro and I have been wondering around for three days as a matter of fact, and we have walked over 500 miles (almost). We are already beyond exhausted, but there is still so much to do! EA’s press conference at E3 this year wasn’t exactly great. Again. At Gamescom however, the idea of having actual proper gameplay and not just concept art to go with announcements, somehow went over well!
Star Wars Battlefront looks like a good game so far. It has gorgeous visuals, tight gunplay and signature characters such as Boba Fett and Darth Vader. But that’s alright. To be a great game, it needs something more. And DICE may have just found the key hook for this game. Because dogfighting is coming back, in a big way.
