Somebody’s gone and made a “hot coffee” mod for Rockstar’s rooting-tootin-cowboy-shooting simulator – adding a bit of pink-fleshy-flutin’. It’s available on NexusMods right now if that’s your thing, but it might not be around for very long.

After an extended break beginning in the spring of 2019, Dan Houser, Vice President, Creative at Rockstar Games, will be leaving the company.

Last week, Rockstar launched Red Dead Redemption 2 on Pc, bringing its rootin-tootin-cowboy-shooting simulator to the best platform to play it on. Unfortunately for many, that launch was mired by crashes and incompatibilities that made the game either unplayable, or incredibly stuttery.

The oft-rumoured, much hoped-for Red Dead Redemption 2 PC has officially been announced, and will be hitting the platform on November 5.

The program that was set up in the UK to assist small-time developers has been reportedly abused by big publishers to avoid paying millions in tax.

Which is great news for everyone, including me, so I can finally stop covering all of these rumours and just be done with it!

I think the last thing PC gamers wanted or needed was yet another publisher-specific game launcher, but here we are. While Rockstar has had their own quasi-launcher on PC for a while now by way of the Rockstar Social Club, they’ve now upgraded the whole thing to be a bona fide store where you can buy and launch games from the developer.

Rockstar Games has come under fire for ducking its tax bill. That’s the claim thrown at the company behind games such as Red Dead Redemption 2 and Grand Theft Auto V’s massively popular online mode, because while Rockstar Games may have made a cool $5 billion operating profit between 2013 to 2019, it paid absolutely zero corporation tax and it managed to siphon away a fair sum from the Video Game Tax Relief Fund over several years.
