The woods are alive with the sound of lawsuits it seems, as The Evil Dead, much like its source material, just won’t stay dead. While a remake is currently beginning filming in sunny New Zealand, it seems that Sam Raimi’s diabolical creation is going to have some competition, from itself. Because when Sam Raimi said that he was done with …

This is something that can only really happen in a place like a college dormatory but it’s pretty cool just to know that it actually happened. Cops steal Xbox 360 from man's car

You would think that with the price of the Xbox 360 Arcade SKU being what it is, even police officers with low salaries could afford one but it seems like that isn't the case. This video posted by CNN tells the story of a man who was pulled over by the police for speeding and then had his car searched because the police claimed that they smelled Marijuana. No drugs were found but the police did find an Xbox 360 Arcade Console with 8 games. The police officers told him that they were confiscating it because they suspect that it was stolen and that when he has the receipt he can meet them somewhere and they would give it back. What the heck is that all about? The guy even got his receipt and took it in to the police station but wasn't able to get his console back. Why? Well, because it had not even been transferred to evidence room. Seems like we are going to need to start organising some special discount for the Po-Po because things might start getting ugly.

Rthief.gifodney Gray, a driver for a security firm that makes, packages and distributes game discs, was stopped by detectives for an apparent mountain of driving offenses after they saw him leaving his room with a red carpet bag. You can guess from the title what they found. Not only that but when they searched his room, they found even more. Destructoid reports that: "Rodney Gray was pulled over by detectives after they spotted him leaving his room with a red carpet bag. Gray ironically worked in security for Technicolor, a firm which packages, produces, stores and distributes game discs. When the reckless roadster was stopped, he was found with 31 of these discs in his bag. The cops went back to Gray's room, where they found more games and DVDs that had been liberated from Technicolor, including copies of Gears of War 2 and Fable 2. The would-be criminal kingpin quickly broke down and admitted that he'd been going nicking from work and was selling the discs on." Naughty, naughty Rodney, your little money making scheme on the side finally blew up in his face. Does anyone else think that the security division may need to hire some security?
