Let’s be honest here: We aren’t getting a Dredd 3D sequel anytime soon and you can only rewatch a film so many times before you throw the disc out of the window though. Fear not law-breakers! For some unofficial Dredd is on the way, in the form of Superfiend!
From Dredd producer Adi Shankar comes the web series that was hinted at a while back. It’s going to be hitting YouTube soon, and it’ll focus on the Dark Judges from a parrallel dimension adjacent to Dredd and Mega City One. According to Shankar, Superfiend is part of the “bootleg universe” of Dredd. Which sounds pretty rad to me. EW has the freshest of images:
Superfiend arrives later this month. And by the dark judges, does it make me want a Dredd sequel more than ever.
