“Holy mother of God!” Watch the final trailer for Stranger Things season 3

The fourth of July is just a few weeks away, and when that day hits the entire world will light up in roaring celebration. No, this has nothing to do with America’s Independence Day – what care we for the yanks declaring that they no longer want to be forced to drink tea and eat cucumber sandwiches? No, on that day we’ll be celebrating the long-awaited (okay, it hasn’t been that long, I’m just impatient) premiere of the third season of Netflix’s Stranger Things!

Besides for the very first full trailer we got for the acclaimed retro sci-fi/horror series, we’ve only got a couple of quirky clips hinting at what’s in store for Eleven and the gang in the town of Hawkins. But a new – and final – full trailer dropped earlier this morning finally laying out exactly what will be assaulting the small town. And it’s actually rather familiar and pretty damn evil. But also in a very douchey form! Check it out below!

Just goes to show you. Never trust a guy with a mullet no matter how ripped his abs are.

Stranger Things sees the return of Millie Bobby Brown, David Harbour, Winona Ryder, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, Joe Keery, and Dacre Montgomery. Newcomers to the cast include Cara Buono, Maya Hawke, Cary Elwes, Jake Busey, Francesca Reale, and Priah Ferguson. The 8-episode third season will debut on Netflix on 4 July 2019.
