Television rarely gets to craft a tale as visually epic as what can be told on the big screen, but when it does, the results can be staggering sometimes. Game of Thrones has been a runaway success for the HBO network so far, which coupled with the longer hours afforded to the medium of the small screen, has resulted in a show that has crafted some great storylines while looking like a big budget Hollywood movie.

Now in its fourth season of waiting for dragons to appear, Game of Thrones  is back and bigger than ever. Here’s that trailer then.

Based on the popular book series “A Song of Ice and Fire,” by George R.R. Martin, the hit Emmy-winning fantasy series chronicles an epic struggle for power in a vast and violent fantasy kingdom.

Game of Thrones season 4 as usal boasts a pretty massive cast of actors, such as (deep breath now) Peter Dinklage, Lena Headey, Emilia Clarke, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Kit Harington, Natalie Dormer, Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner. The series is looking as solid as ever, the special effects have been upped and damn man Daewoo Daesoft Daenero Daenerys is a bad ass now!

Series 4 kicks off on April 6, with hopefully a local broadcast arriving a few days later as was the case with season 3.

Something wrong gentlemen? You come here prepared to read the words of a madman, and instead found a lunatic obsessed with comics, Batman and Raul Julia's M Bison performance in the 1994 Street Fighter movie? Fine! Keep your bio! In fact, now might be a good time to pray to it!
