Tom Cruise is certainly a busy actor as of late. He’s got numerous gigs lined up for several years now, finally breaking that record “one movie a year” that he’s held for a few decades now.

One of the many films that he has tucked underneath his belt right now, is One Shot. Only it’s not called that anymore. It’s now known as Jack Reacher.

An adaptation of the Lee Child novel, which is actually called One Shot, Jack Reacher will star Cruise as, erm, Jack Reacher, a former Army MP, who travels throughout the US, becoming embroiled in dangerous and sexy adventures.

One Shot itself, is actually the ninth book to star Reacher, with the name change possibly being done in order to tap into a market that is actually familiar with the character.

Alongside Cruise,  Rosamund Pike, Robert Duvall, Richard Jenkins and Michael Raymond-James also star, with Werner Herzog as the villain of the action film, and Christopher McQuarrie calling the shots behind the camera.

Something wrong gentlemen? You come here prepared to read the words of a madman, and instead found a lunatic obsessed with comics, Batman and Raul Julia's M Bison performance in the 1994 Street Fighter movie? Fine! Keep your bio! In fact, now might be a good time to pray to it!
