Dear, Jackie Chan. As a kid growing up, you were my idol. But lately, I’ve almost been feeling embarrassed to still speak of you with the same level of adulation. Scratch that, I am definitely embarrassed. Painfully so.
But there’s still hope! You can still redeem yourself! Despite being 62-years old, you’re still capable of kicking serious butt in the most thrilling way possible. So if you can return to your awesome ways with your new upcoming action comedy Railroad Tigers, then I will continue to your most devout acolyte, preaching about your magic monkey greatness to anybody that listens!
Let’s see, shall we…
In this action-comedy caper harkening back to Jackie Chan’s classic Hong Kong films, a railroad worker (Jackie Chan) and his ragtag group of freedom fighters find themselves on the wrong side of the tracks when they decide to ambush a heavily armed military train filled with desperately needed provisions. Unarmed and outnumbered, they must fight back against an entire army using only their wits, in a series of a dazzling set pieces and action scenes rivaling anything seen on the big screen before.
Damn it, Jackie. I thought we had a deal, man! I THOUGHT WE HAD A DEAL!!
