Stephen Totilo from Kotaku has posted up a step by step example of how it took him 16 attempts to pick up 3 flowers and put them in a basket.
1 Flower was by a bee, 1 underwater and one on a cliff.. easy enough.
The 14, yes that’s not a typo, tools used in this expedition were

- Big Boat
- Gun
- Corpse
- Hand grenade
- Beekeeper
- Fisherman
- Hot air balloon
- Helicopter
- Truck
- Machete
