One of the strangest phenomena of the 21st century is the hack weight loss schemes that you find on every radio, tv or magazine ad.
No matter how bad your lifestyle is you can instantly turn yourself into a goddess by simply drinking some garbage or strapping an electric pad onto yourself.
Well EA have decided to get into this now by preparing to release EA Active Sports. Where you will be put through a bunch of vigorous exercises masterfully instructed by that little white box.
Now to be less cynical about it, IF you followed the instructions on screen on a regular basis and ate well you would lose weight and tone up.
However if you ate right and ran around the block on a daily basis you would lose weight and tone up as well, plus you would have saved yourself R600.
But I’m happy to put a wager down on this title doing very well as I am in no doubt that my wife will be picking up a copy that will match the unused Wii Fit perfectly.

How about taking the above concept but don’t advertise it as a weight-loss solution. Rather make a kick-ass action game thats fun to play with HD graphics and add the “active” motion controls for some exercise. Maybe then it won’t gather dust after a week.
