Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon may be the greatest action movie that will never exist

I’ve got to be honest, I wasn’t the biggest fan of Far Cry 3 when it launched last year. Sure, it was decent and had some solid ideas, but playing as Jason BROdie, repeating certain actions over and over again led to me getting bored with the title. How I wish that Blood Dragon was the game that was released first. Because I am a child of the VHS era.

I’m loving the idea behind Blood Dragon so far. An homage to “shitty action movies” of the past, with a ton of bad special FX, masks and ideas thrown in for good measure. Now someone get me Michael Bay, so that we can baysplode this short into a full-on movie.

I’m pretty sure that it’ll win the Oscar for Best Movie Ever Go Screw Yourself Casablanca. I’d bet my life on it. Remember, you won’t need Far Cry 3 to play this standalone expansion, so snap on a tinfoil face-plate and paint the town neon when it arrives on PC and console on May 1.

Something wrong gentlemen? You come here prepared to read the words of a madman, and instead found a lunatic obsessed with comics, Batman and Raul Julia's M Bison performance in the 1994 Street Fighter movie? Fine! Keep your bio! In fact, now might be a good time to pray to it!
