Dogs may be man’s best friend, but cat’s are humanity’s favourite jerks. Fussy bastards with a habit of attacking your ankles when you least expect it, we can’t help but love the furry fiends for their personality and cattitude. In Yakuza 6, cats have a starring role in one of the many side-quests of Kazuma Kiryu’s final adventure.
A total of 19 stray cats seek your love and attention, although convincing them of your intentions to give them a better life is a hell of a task. Not only do you have to find the cuddly critters, you need to befriend them so that you can populate your cat cafe. How? Here’s how:

So where do you find that food? Don Quijote in Kamurocho stocks the stuff, as do various Poppo shops, the Onomichi Pharmacy and the cat cafe. Guys I’m telling you: Yakuza 6 may just be the game of the year for including content like this.
