Humble Indie Bundle is after your money

1 min read

Just when you thought your Steam backlog was safe, here comes another Humble Indie Bundle. So many cool games, some of which making their Mac and Linux debuts. How can you say no, especially when it supports a good cause?

For the low, low price of “whatever you want to pay”, you can pick up Guacamelee! Gold Edition, Dust: An Elysian Tail, Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams, and The Swapper. I really want to play Dust: An Elysian Tail – it just sounds beautiful and fantastic. But then, all the games sound really solid this time. And everyone raves to me that I need to play Guacamelee! – now I can seeing as it’s making its Mac debut.

For those generous and awesome people willing to pay more than the average of $4.29, you also get Antichamber and Monaco: What’s Yours Is Mine. Putting the ‘steal’ back in ‘stealth’, and breaking all laws of Geometry? How can I resist? Don’t forget, you also get soundtracks with your purchases, and I’m sure more games will be added soon. For those who watch videos, they made a nice one showing off all the games:

So, head on over to Humble Bundle and make this an insta-buy. You know you want to. You know your Steam backlog needs it. Aren’t you itching to buy more games that will taunt you in the wee hours of the morning, reminding you that if only you had more time you could experience all the wonderful games?

I was really excited for the next humble bundle, but I don’t think I’m going to get this one. I hear Dust and Monaco are great, but still need someone to tell me if this one is worth it.

i got Giana Sisters Twisted Dreams a few months ago (it was a PSN+ freebie). Anyway, once you get over the disappointment that it’s NOT a porno, it’s actually a damn good game.

    (if you’re into 2D platformers)

I finished Dust over Xmas, it’s okay, but nowhere near as good as Trine 2 or Mark of the Ninja. It’s very kid-friendly, and his sidekick Fidget is so goddamn irritating.

But isn’t Fidget a more polite way of saying fucking idiot?

I hope not. My mother always told me to stop fidgeting as a kid 🙁

Well given the entire game was made by one person I think it’s a bloody good game.

Dust was a very good Indie, smooth controls and lovely art made it one to remember. Will definitely play again.

I am going to be humble and not get this particular bundle. Damn site has backlogged my games almost as badly as steam sales have.

I’ll see which Weekly one gets released tomorrow and see which games get added next week before making a decision.. So far, I might get the $1 one

I honestly struggled with the previous Humble Bundle. I tried not to buy it, but I caved in the end.

Then like a few hours later BOOM they hit me with this one straight in the kisser! Had to buy this one too of course… I have a problem xD
