Kane and Lynch 2

The original Kane & Lynch is pretty much roundly remembered purely for the disastrous PR gaffe over at Gamespot which ended with the dismissal of one of their lead Editors, Jeff Gerstman.

If you don’t know what I am talking about a quick google search on Jeff and Kane and Lynch will fill in all the blanks.

However to Eidos’ credit they have created a sequel that is worthy of putting this shameful past behind them and will hopefully mean that the majority of sites will now concentrate on the actual title and not it’s shady past.

I played the Kane & Lynch 2 demo at E3 this year in the single player and multiplayer modes and I have to say that I was quite impressed with the title even though the single player mode made me feel a little bit queasy with the bizarre camera angles.

In general it seemed like a solid title and well worth at least a demo download.

The demo is now available on Xbox Live, PSN and Windows PC… so you have no excuse and if you are still not convinced maybe you need to view this video again.
