Via Kotaku, I stumbled on a lengthy gameplay of Gears of War 2 in beta format. Though the quality isn’t the greatest, it should tide you over a little bit.

[Ed] While the quality of the video is really bad we do get to see a lot of the new gameplay improvements and it really does look absolutely fantastic. Just hearing the guys (and girl) enjoying playing makes me believe this is going to be as much fun as the first one.
I cannot wait until this gets released
