No surprise here but you can virtually hear the gaming world letting out a sigh of relief when the first reviews started coming in and they showed that the game does not in fact suck…
The idea of a hugely hyped game falling well short of expectations is nothing new and there were some very soft, but existent, rumours of failure for LBP as well.
Luckily it looks like the few doomsayers were misinformed as the reviews that are coming out the woodwork today all look very good.

On a pointless side note, I was in a games store on the weekend with my daughter (who is besotted with Super Mario) and when she turned around she saw Sackboy running through a demo level… she now has a new super hero and thinks that LBP is the best game ever.
