No EndWar Demo for PS3? Where is the love?

2 min read

Yet another upcoming title will not be getting a demo for the Playstation 3 and one has to wonder what in the hell is going on.

The Xbox 360 demo went up yesterday on Xbox Live and was accompanied by the official statement from Ubisoft that says the following:

“The demo, exclusively available for Xbox 360, is free and offered for download on Xbox Live Marketplace for Xbox 360,”

Is this just a nice way of saying that they are a little behind with the PS3 version or is the demo actually being made exclusive on purpose? We are starting to see more and more of this happen and if you ask me, the publishers are just shooting themselves in the foot by not letting both sides try before they buy.

That is of course, unless Microsoft is handing out wads of cash for this as well. It’s just silly in my opinion and companies need to start making sure that they have demos available for both consoles and not only one.
