Now that Microsoft has followed Sony’s ludicrous decision to allow installs the entire world is doomed…
Okay so maybe it’s not that serious but I swear people are going to be complaining about this in a year or two when they are running out of space, consoles should never ever have installs.
Rant over, now onto the good news. There are a few games out there which are holding strong and are refusing point blank to be installed, let’s give it up forÂ
- Big Bumpin’
- College Hoops 2k7
- Pocket Bike Racers
- Sneak King
- Crackdown
- Dead or Alive Xtreme 2

To an extend I’ll agree with you on the install topic.
There shouldn’t be any specs your console have to agree to, before you can play the game. That is part of the reason PC gaming is dying. It should be plug and play.
Space is not and issue on the PS3. I’ve got a 320gig HDD and I’m used to installing, since I come from a Pc gaming background. However, it will be great if the installing only applies to downloadable content.

Another one that should go on the list is HAlo3 with bungie saying it is better to keep it on the disc.

I actually like the install function, as some of my discs are too scratched to be played, but not too scratched to be installed, which then enables me to play them again, so what if i only install 1 or 2 games at a time, at least i don’t need to buy a new disc!
