So the PS Vita has finally been released in the land of the rising sun and while it’s first week’s sales only come in 4th on the all time charts it is important to remember that it’s first weeks sales only include 2 days.
On Saturday and Sunday in Japan the PS Vita sold 321 407 units which is twice as much as the PSP’s first week in sales and was only beaten by the 4 recent Nintendo products and the PS2.

The OCD side of me is just a little depressed the PS3 managed to outsell the 360 in the first week else Sony could have had the top, middle and bottom spots which would have been better for my mental health.
