GT5

Any GT fan will be happy to tell you that no other driving game on the planet comes as close to real life as GT. If you aren’t a GT fan and have never really understood what the big deal is then take a look at the image above.

That isn’t a real car, that’s impressive. Now click through to see it compared side by side to a real car, it seriously took me a while to spot which one is real and which isn’t.

No.. it’s not from the PSP version 😛

On an entirely different note, you will find that the size ratio is slightly off as well as I tried to cut them to get them to overlap and it became impossible.

I think that it’s more to do with however the screenshot was taken but it was odd to notice that I didn’t pick that up straight away. It just looks so good

“Polyphony Digital had in mind when they released this batch of Corvette ZR1 images from Gran Turismo PSP last week. “

There’s ONE real photograph there – the close-up of the wheel. The rest are such awful renders that a 3 year-old with a packet of Crayolas could come up with something that looks good in comparison. 😆

I know what they said but someone is lying.

I could have made a post about that but then people would call me a Sony hater 😛

The PSP doesn’t have that sort of resolution, it physically cannot push out that many pixels ingame. So lets hope this is what we get to look at when the PS3 version finally makes a showing

Doctored? Im sorry but if anyone out there wants us to believe that these are PSP shots then they are stupid.

Even if the took the PSP models and set the render output to a higher resolution, the model details and texture detail wouldnt be anywhere near that good. Just ain’t gonna happen.

I wouldnt be surprised if most of the “detail” we see is just all textures, but still the res wouldnt be that high either.

Doctored? If these are PSP then they have been damn near Plastic Surgeon-ed.

As much as i love stills, they dont make a game.

I know we have all been perving over forza 3’s shots, but we all know that the game physics will be spot on.

Lets hope it is all put together well 🙂

The only this could be on PSP is if they took the jpeg from this page and used it as a background wallpaper… and even then it wouldn’t look as good. 😉
