Game-Awards-2019

What with all the talk of new games and general love for gaming, it’s sometimes easy to forget that The Game Awards are…well, game awards. Having established itself as the Oscars of gaming, the biggest night of the year had plenty of awards to give out across a wide spectrum of genres, categories and overall polish. This year saw the likes of Death Stranding, Disco Elysium and Fortnite all grabbing headlines and while Godfrey Geoff Keighley’s annual shindig may not be as swanky as the Critical Hits Awards show (Quiet guys, my parents are trying to sleep), it was overall pretty good!
