You know what’s better than the standard Capcom Humble Bundle? A Super Turbo HD Remix Capcom Humble Bundle, that’s what. If you somehow missed the collection back in October last year, fear not, for it’s back, and it’s greater than ever!
What makes it better? Well, I’d say it all comes down to the simple exclusion of Street Fighter IV. We all know that fighter is really… CRAP hang on I think that’s Geoff knocking on my door. Here, take a look at the bundle so long, while I go and greet death itself…
From Lost Planets to Raccoon City. Last autumn, we had our first Capcom bundle, and now we’re bringing it back! Of course, it wouldn’t be a Super Turbo HD Remix without a few changes, so a few games have left and a few new ones have joined, and we’re even featuring a new charity. Get in on the festivities, though, because who knows if it’ll be re-remixed!
Pay $1 or more for STRIDER, Resident Evil Revelations 2 – Episode 1: Penal Colony, LOST PLANET 3 Complete Pack, Bionic Commando: Rearmed, and coupons for 40% off Resident Evil: Revelations 2 Deluxe and 30% off Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen in the Humble Store as well as 10% off one month of Humble Monthly for new subscribers. Pay more than the average to also receive Resident Evil Revelations / Biohazard Revelations, DmC: Devil May Cry, Resident Evil 4, and Remember Me. Pay $15 or more for Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition and Resident Evil 6.
Phew – Geoff only wanted to borrow some sugar for his morning tea. That was close!
Anyways, like I was saying, this bundle is very similar to the last one Capcom had, but instead of Street Fighter IV being the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, we have… Resident Evil 6? Wait, did I say this bundle was better?
I played Resident Evil 6 to completion for the first time just earlier this year. It took me 28 hours to complete. That’s 28 hours of my life I’ll never get back!
Thankfully, the Capcom Humble Bundle contains other, much better Resident Evil titles. There’s the classic, Resident Evil 4, and other recent and rad entries, Revelations 1, and the first episode of Revelations 2. If you’ve not yet played them, I would recommend you do!
Otherwise, if you’re not keen on zombie action, there are a lot of other goodies up for grabs. Maybe it’s time I got around to trying the Devil May Cry franchise. I’ve never touched one in my life, and… CRAP is that Darryn at the door?
